What can I expect during the call?
Our consultation calls are VERY BRIEF calls designed to understand your haircare needs, discuss your hair's current condition, and to schedule your appointment. During your appointment, we will complete the consultation and provide a game plan your hair journey.
How long does the appointment take?
Plan for about 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the length and density of your locs. We take our time to ensure your scalp is cleansed, your retwist is precise, and your experience is truly royal.
Can I book this service if I have product buildup or scalp issues?
This package is perfect for clients with buildup, dry scalp, dandruff, or itching. The detox will deeply cleanse your scalp, and we’ll tailor it to your sensitivity level if needed.
Is the hair care kit included or do I pay extra?
The Influance mini hair care kit is included for free as part of your Royal Experience. It’s our gift to help you maintain healthy locs between visits.
Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?
Yes — there may be an extra fee if:
• Your locs are longer than mid-back length
• It has been more than 4 months since your last
• You have severe product buildup or matting that requires extra time or detangling.
We’ll let you know in advance if any adjustments are needed during your scalp consultation.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit or incur a rebooking fee. This policy helps us respect your time and ours.
